There is SO MUCH tradition in this symbol and is NOT disrespectful to Native Americans. I have talked to many Native American brothers and sisters, and they all agree. We are MORE than a symbol but this symbol to over 30,000 Alumni means everything to them. Please pass the word around to bring back Wally Warrior. We need your help !!! If my history serves me right, didn't the Native Americans grant us permission to purchase a piece of their land, to build our High School and as a added incentive we would name our mascot in rememberence to the Native Americans.
