Winter Formal 2010: A Night In The Sky

Warriors gathered at the Pima Air Musuem to dance the night away at the Winter Formal. The theme was A Night In The Sky and with all the airplanes surrounding the dance floor, it really felt like it.

About 200 students attended and everyone looked very nice:

Royalty Winners were announced at 10:00 p.m. and here they are by class:

Science Night 2009

Pueblo hosted its annual Science Night on November 19th. The science department organizes this event by asking their students to bring family & friends to Pueblo to conduct various science experiments.

There was a nice turn-out and everyone is welcomed to attend next year. Warrior News was onsite to cover the event and provided us with the following video:

Sergio Antonio Iñiguez En Viva El Sueño

Former Pueblo student, Sergio Antonio Iñiguez, is doing very well in the show that airs on Univision called Viva El Sueño (Live Your Dream).

Sergio Antonio graduated as a Warrior in 2004 and we all remember him for his charm. You can listen to his music on his MySpace Music site. Watch the show on Sundays on the Spanish channel Univision.

Francisco Romero Visits Pueblo

Francisco Romero is the Spanish Radio Play-By-Play Broadcaster for the Houston Astros. As a Class of 1987 alumnus, he loves coming back to Pueblo and talk to his fellow Warriors. He shared his story and what drove him to be successful.

Warriors Partcipate In U Of A Jr. Scientist Day

Twenty three Pueblo students from 4 CTE programs –Bio Tech, Warrior Media, Early Childhood Professions, and Education Professions– participated in the U of A Jr. Scientist Day on Nov. 7.

Our Robotics program demonstrated their robots and different circuit boards. Brian Ortega and Stephanie of Warrior Media served as the MC’s for the event.

Dr. Lettes, Mr. Lathrop, Mrs. Hardin & Mrs. Stull all participated in the event.

Pueblo Students To Visit Israel

Three Pueblo students will be visiting Israel as part of an Exchange Program during the month of November. They will be sending updates on their trip via Twitter and this blog. Our three representatives will be:
