Pueblo\u2019s Cheer coach, Mr. Frankie Grijalva, applied for this vacancy and was hired as Pueblo\u2019s newest campus monitor several weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>Grijalva said that he is very excited to expand his bond with Pueblo students.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPueblo makes me feel at home\u2014I\u2019m always very comfortable,\u201d Grijalva said. \u201cI\u2019m planning to stay here as long as I can.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cBeing a campus monitor is good practice for me getting to know just about everybody at Pueblo,\u201d he said, \u201cand so far it\u2019s been a lot of work but also a lot of fun. This job is teaching me how to have patience, that\u2019s for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Grijalva, a Class of 2004 Tucson High graduate, stayed active in three dance groups, and he knew then that he wanted to pursue a dancing career.<\/p>\n<p>As for future plans, Grijalva added that he would eventually like to be a full-time dance teacher at Pueblo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I was a student in high school, I wanted to become a dance teacher and dance coach,\u201d he said, \u201cso I\u2019m definitely halfway there.
