Allen was born and raised in Tucson, and he expressed that he always\nwanted to become the head coach of a team that represents Tucson on the State\nlevel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPueblo has an incredible community and rich history which made the job\nimpossible to pass up,\u201d Allen said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that he has big plans for Pueblo\u2019s varsity football program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI want to build a program that competes with the very best in our State at\nthe 4A level year in and year out,&#8221; Allen said. \u201cOur goal every year is to\nqualify for the State playoffs and compete with the best in the state once we\nget there.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He already has next year\u2019s football program practicing for about an hour\nevery day after school, Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Truly, Allen said that he is \u201cincredibly excited\u201d to have this position as a\nnew coach and hopes to inspire his players.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI want to let my actions speak louder than my words,\u201d Coach Allen said. \u201cI\nam here every day, working with our athletes to get them better and prepared\nfor the fall.
