<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nThe New Year is upon us, as is the Chinese New Year (the Year of the Dragon!) on Feb. 10. There\u2019s a lot to look forward to in \u201924 including a Leap Year Day (Feb. 29), presidential primaries and the big election in November, the Summer Olympics and of course graduation day on May 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every year, the Pueblo Community makes resolutions to better their lives. Here is a compilation of some of them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Edward Gomez (senior): \u201cI hope to commit to a sturdy career plan after high school.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alexis Campbell (counselor): \u201cTo exercise and spend more time with family.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dominic Arambula (freshman): \u201cTo lose more weight.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jose Alvarez (counselor): \u201cGo camping once and return to hiking frequently.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cristain Portillo (senior): \u201cTo graduate this May!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nebai Merino (senior): “Invest in myself and my future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tati Lopez (senior): \u201cBe open to everything.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Annluise Santos (senior): “Put myself first.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ms. Karla Martinez (Assistant Principal): \u201cTo say \u2018I love you\u2019 and \u2018Thank you\u2019 more often.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
